Bonomo's Turkish Taffy was a persistent favorite candy back in the day. It's best selling point was the fact that it would last quite a while and only cost 5 cents, which was a lot of money to some kids. It came in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and banana flavors. The bar was discontinued in 1989 but it was announced in 2003 that it would return in 2010. The new Bonomo's Turkish Taffy made its official re-debut to the general public July 2, 2010, at IT'SUGAR in Atlantic City
